How do I expand the names fields when printing e-mails?
If you have a large list of names in the Address fields only the fist 3 lines of the To, and cc fields will print. If you want to have all of the names to print, you must change your preferences. To do this click File, Preferences, User Preferences. In the Additional Options list select “Expand names field content when printing”.
