I have an SA Explorer 2000 set-top box. Why do I lose the audio when I’m in the Guide? I do not have this issue on the other set-top boxes in my home. This will only happen with one particular model of set-top box. The SA Explorer 2000 set-top boxes do not have enough memory to support a full screen Guide and audio simultaneously. On these set-top boxes, when you’re on a full-screen Guide or menu page, program audio is not available. If you have other set-top box types in your home, you will not see this issue on those boxes. Why is the position of the scaled video window higher on my screen than it typically is? On some boxes – Explorer 2100, 3100, 3250 and 8000 – the scaled video that appears when you are in a guide menu screen or TV listings is higher on-screen than it may be on other set-top boxes in your home.
