If you wish to exchange or return your Kariza, you will need to deal directly with the retail location where you purchased it, no matter where you purchased it. Your ability to exchange or return your Kariza will be subject to the exchange or return policy of that particular retail establishment. If you purchased your Kariza from our very own website, www.karizadesigns.com, then our exchange/return policy is as follows: please send us an e-mail by clicking on the “contact us” tab on our homepage, and be sure to reference your invoice number in the e-mail. Let us know the issue and we’ll get back to you shortly with a resolution. We will honor returns as long as you contact us within 30 days of your online purchase date. We will also gladly exchange your Kariza for another one, again, as long as you contact us within 30 days of your online purchase date.
