Simply contact us with your details and proof of purchase, what item you would like to exchange and why and whether you would like an exchange for replacement items or a gift voucher/gift card. Our Web Sales Team is available from Tuesday Thru Sunday on 212.226.7030 or via email at websalesteam@duncanquinn.com. We will process your request and give you a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) along with the address details of where your return items should be sent using a registered postal service. In an exchange, if the new item costs less, we will issue you with a store gift voucher/gift card for the difference. If the new item costs more then an additional payment will be required. There will be no second postage and packing costs to you for dispatch of exchanged goods.
