How do I exchange any part of my tankinis or bikinis?
The first step in getting any bikini or tankini piece replaced is to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization from our customer support team. From anywhere in North America, call 877-932-2183 toll-free for your RMA. At that time, tell our team about the situation you find yourself in, and they’ll let you know how to proceed from there! From outside North America, e-mail us at support@swimwear.org and explain the circumstances. No bikinis or tankinis should be sent back without an RMA – no action can be taken by our sales team until they are notified by the Customer Support team.
