How do I evaluate licensing deals (with business opportunities) and compare that to buying a franchise?
Does anyone have any experience evaluating business opportunities and negotiating licensing deals. I am interested in either purchasing a license from a firm to help train and support me with my current business or buying into a franchise. I need help with verifying financials and market potential (especially when dealing with non-franchise bus. opps), and developing a system of analysis to accurately and fairly compare my options.
