How do I establish an EDS Host Link Mainframe Session?
• Navigate to URL www.hostlink.eds.com. (204.26.153.140 port 80). • Select the ‘ Login – Plug-in ‘ menu option from the navigational menu on the left side of the page. • Review the ‘EDS Host Link – Export Compliance Disclaimer’ and select ‘PROCEED’ to continue to use EDS Host Link. • This will occur the 1st time you access EDS Host Link after each EDS Host Link Release. Once accepted you will not receive the disclaimer again unless you delete your cookies. • The Web Server will download the EDS Host Link Software (Java Applet) to your desktop via the internet/intranet. • The download occurs the first time you access EDS Host Link, or after an update to the EDS Host Link Software. • You may be prompted by a security screen to accept EDS as a trusted authority (prior to the software download). • Once installed, the EDS Host Link Logon “License Plate” will appear in your browser window where you will enter your EDS*NET ID/Password. • You will receive a “Verifying Logon ID & Password.” mes
