It contains information for both list owners and subscribers. If you are a list owner, it would be good to bookmark the owner section at http://www.washington.edu/itconnect/email/mailman/owners.html as a reference that should answer many questions. One of the links available on the Mailman Web pages will take you to a form where you can request that a Mailman list be established for you. Once your list has been created, you can access it via Web pages on the Mailman server. As a list owner, you can configure your list settings, add and delete members, and do other things at http://mailman.u.washington.edu/mailman/admin/listname where listname is replaced with the actual name of your list.
