How do I enter the serial number of my Chessbase product?
VERY CAREFULLY! One of the most common issues we get here at CBUSA is problems with serial numbers. 99 times out of 100 it is because the characters were not entered correctly; or a letter “I” has been mistaken for a number “1” or something very similar. Please please take your time and ensure you are entering ALL the characters AS PRINTED ON THE MANUAL before contacting us.
