When you’re signed up to use the E-Permitting system: • Go to the E-Permitting Dealer Home Page. • Click “Enter” in the Temporary Paper section. Note: You can find step-by-step instructions on how to enter hard-copy dealer temporary permits by clicking the Help button at the top right of the home page. This takes you to the E-Permitting Dealer User Manual. Refer to the “Temporary Paper Permit” section in the Table of Contents to find the page number for instructions.
