• From the Main Menu click on “Diabetes WebAudit Facility Administration”. • From the Facility Administration page click on the button or left menu item that says “Enter Facility Info”. • On the Facility Information Entry Tool page, follow the instructions on the screen to enter information about your SDPI grant.
