It is not recommended that you use the Update Attribute Values service call from the SITH. This service, and similar services [send interaction], when invoked via the RTI Services menu, does not utilize the federation encoding mechanisms. As a result, the results are usually not what is intended. A future release of the SITH is scheduled to fix this limitation. Until that point, the alternative is to create a script via the Object Script Creator and execute that.
