How do I enter nine-weeks (Report Card) grades after the end of the nine-weeks?
If you have try to go into your Progress book after the end of the nine-weeks, you will notice that your assignments in your classes are all gone…that’s because we are now in the next nine-weeks. To look at your your previous nine weeks information, you need to go into your selected class and then on the right side of your screen, under the red Class Dashboard, you will see Grading Periods: 1st 9, etc. Click the previous nine-weeks and you’ll see your assignments for that nine-weeks will pop back up.Unfortunately, when you now go to Enter Report Cards, and click Show All Students, the points will have reverted back to 0 (because we are sitting in the next nine weeks). However, all you have to do is click on the small whie box above for the previous nine-weeks, and then click the = box, and your grades will still move into the boxes just like they are supposed to.
