How do I enter my contact phone numbers, emails, and SMS text message recipients?
In order to enter your contact numbers you need to log on to your secure account. To log on to our secure site choose ‘Members Log On’ from the menu at the top of the page and select the unit that applies to your situation. Enter your username and password found in the letter that was sent with your unit. If you do not know your username and password, please contact us. Next, go to ‘preferences’. At the bottom of the page there is a section where you can enter your contact information. Remember that the numbers called in the order you enter them. Also, make sure to check the check box next to the ones you wish to use before clicking the update button to enter them into our system.
