How do I enter “Info Only’s” within RELO® Xchange?
“Info Only” customers – those who are only looking for information, and not ready to be assigned to an agent – are not considered referrals; once the customer is ready to talk to an agent on the destination end, it is considered a referral. To manage your “Info Only” customers within RELO Xchange, 1) Create a Transaction Record; 2) if the customer remains “Info Only” and never visits the destination location, change the Status and Outcome to Finalized/Not Visit; transactions with the Outcome of Not Visit are not included in a member’s network referral statistics.
