No. There are devices that you can buy from stores like Best Buy, Circuit City, etc. One of the best cheat code decvices is Gameshark, which I widely Reccomend if you need cheat codes that actually work. Otherwise, you can go to places like www.cheatcodes.com and just find the game that you need cheats for… but there isn’t cheats for EVERY game on the Ps2, and some of the cheats dont work, anyway… but that rarely happens.
