How do I enter an index page number with a letter suffix?

Sometimes the index page number has a suffix (e.g. +PAGE,234a) but currently WinBMD cannot handle this. To get round this transcribe without the suffix and then change the file using File Management. If the page you are transcribing has a page number suffix you will need to change both the filename and the first +PAGE. Using the page number without the suffix is a problem if you have already transcribed that page. For example, you have transcribed page 235 and now need to transcribe page 235a; you cannot transcribe the file as page 235 because you already have a transcription with that page number. To get round this add a numeric suffix, for example 2351. If it is the next page that has a page number suffix you will need to edit the last +PAGE in the file.
