How do I enter a patients treatment plan in Composite Health Care System II-Theater [CHCS II-T (AHLTA-T)] so that it transfers to Theater Medical Data Store (TMDS)?
The plan for a patient’s care, written by providers, is one of the most important sections of the encounter note. When this data is entered into the comment field in the A/P dialog window, it does not transfer to TMDS.
