How do I ensure my cleaner boost pump turns off when I switch to spa operation or manually turn off the filter pump?
This can easily be accomplished by enabling the “interlock” feature while configuring the control logic for the cleaner pump relay. “Interlock” will automatically turn the relay off when the filter pump is off; during the first 3 minutes of filter pump operation (while the filter pump is priming); during spa-only or spa spillover operation; and also for 3 minutes when the solar heating turns on (to prevent the air that is being purged from the solar panels to cause the cleaner pump to lose its prime). Once this function in programmed as part of the system configuration, you’ll never have to worry again!
