How do I enroll into the FlexCash program?
You must complete and sign the FlexCash Enrollment Authorization form to enroll and provide proof that you are enrolled in a non-CSU medical and/or dental plan without any lapses in coverage. If you do not enroll in FlexCash within 60 days of becoming eligible, you may enroll during open enrollment or when you experience a qualifying event.
