To enroll, sign on to Account Online and go to the Tools & Services page. Select More Details under Citi Mobile for Cards and decide which service you would like to enroll in. Then follow the instructions to complete your enrollment. Note: Citi Mobile for Cards requires that you activate the selected service on your mobile device, so be sure you have it nearby.
