When I go to tuner settings to set up ‘closed caption’, ‘tuner settings’ are greyed out and message comes up that “Current settings do not allow for selection and adjustment”. Have no idea how to change settings so that selection and adjustments ARE allowed. When I called Best Buy they said it was a Comcast issue. When I called Comcast they said – you guessed it – that it was a TV issue. Thanks to anyone who can help out. The TV tuner needs to be connected to a source; in addition, some adjustments may be available only if supported by the source type. Example: Analog cable channels may have different adjustments than digital channels. So, if you just have analog cable, then some adjustments may not be available. If you use a set-top box, then obviously you don’t use the tuner, so no adjustments are available.
