How do I enable Sub-Accounts or special accounts for departmental backup of 50GB and higher enhanced backup plans?

50GB and higher Enhanced Plans have a special option to enable ‘Departmental Backup’ which will allow users to run backups on multiple desktops using a single main account. 50GB plans allow for 5 special accounts and 100GB plans allow for 10 special accounts. You need to go to ‘Preferences’ option in Web-manager and enable departmental backups.
