The current version of Internet Explorer does NOT have any popup-blocking capabilities short of completely disabling active scripting, so popups are enabled. However, many users have other programs installed such as StopZilla or the Google Toolbar that disable popup windows. You must turn off any programs which disable popup windows before you can use the Flight Alliance system.
