How do I enable or disable the Junk E-mail filters through the web?
If you have mail ending up in your Junk E-mail folder and would like to turn that filter off, or have too much email coming in to your inbox and would like a way of filtering further, you can adjust your personal Junk E-mail settings as needed. When turned on, messages that are delivered to your inbox are processed through another layer of spam filtering and if they meet the necessary score, the messages are moved to your Junk E-mail folder. When disabled, all messages are left in your inbox (unless you have other rules set to move messages). To make changes to this option, follow the steps below: 1. Log in to OWA from the Eagle homepage and select Options (bottom left corner of the screen) 2. Scroll down in the right pane to the Privacy and Junk E-mail Prevention section. 3. To enable Junk E-mail filters, check the box next to Filter Junk E-mail. To disable, uncheck the box. 4. Click on Save and Close at the top to save these changes.
