To get the richest user experience, you may want to enable JavaScript in your web browser. To enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer: • On the menu bar, select Tools > Internet Options. • Click the Security tab. Changing the security level to medium or lower enables JavaScript. To enable JavaScript without changing other security settings, click the Custom Level button. Under Scripting, select the Enable option for Active Scripting. • Click OK, and refresh the page where the Registered Envelope is displayed. To enable JavaScript in Firefox: • For Windows, on the menu bar, select Tools > Options. (For Macintosh, select Firefox > Preferences.) • Click the Content icon. • Select the Enable JavaScript check box. • Click OK, and refresh the page where the Registered Envelope is displayed.

what are you using? It depends if you are using firefox go on tools options then content after that you should see 4 tick boxes tick the enable javascript then click ok. If you are using something else then it would be simular to this. Just go on tools and internet options or something then search up the tick box where it says enable javascript. I know its there somewhere. Don’t know much about the other ones like the internet as i use firefox. Just try and look through all the tabs on the internet explorer carefully. Im sure its a tick box but check others just in case. If you can’t find it then theres also a help feature on there. Just click on the tab called help and on firefox it says help contents (F1 is shortcut) type in enabling javascript, find the one what you want then follow it step by step. If that doesn’t work then go on this http://www.tranexp.com/win/JavaScript-en… thats all i know. Im not
