For Internet Explorer Note: The SMARTHINKING system check may not detect ActiveX Controls if you recently installed some Windows security patches from Microsoft. We are working on fixing it. In the mean time we recommend that you follow the directions below to make sure ActiveX Controls is enabled, then try the whiteboard and let us know if you experience any difficulties.
