How do I enable email forwarding to a different email address?
You can send an email to idirect@telkomsa.net or support@telkomsa.net to request the email forwarding facility to be added to your existing email account, at NO additional charge. Please specify the email address where your email should be forwarded to. You may also contact our technical support desk on 10215 or Service Activation Team on 0800 500 200. To remove forwarding, contact the same contract centres.
