NTL offers an International Call Block feature for all of our accounts by default, which allows you to block and unblock international calling. You’ll never have to worry about unintended international calls again. To enable/disable International Calling feature you can follow the following steps: 1. You have to send a written request via fax (051- 8310100), email (support@nayatel.com) or mail a letter to NTL Support department for enabling/disabling of the International calling feature 2. You can also submit a trouble ticket (TT) from your account access area by logging on at (http://customer.nayatel.com) (or) 3. You can also submit your request via our support form available at NTL website www.nayatel.com/support.
