1) Open any document in Prizm Viewer 2) Right click on the image and select preferences from the menu or the toolbar 3) In the Viewer\General page, check the box that says Error Log File 4) Select OK 5) Close Prizm Viewer 6) Prizm Viewer will write to the log file the next time it is opened. The debug log file can be zipped and sent to support@accusoft.com for analysis. You can locate the log file at: Windows 2000, XP, 2003: C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Temp\Prizm Viewer Log File.txt Windows Vista, 2008: C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp\Low\Prizm Viewer Log File.
