The process of emailing an electronic copy of the certificate involves two easy steps: 1. Install a printer driver that will create a PDF (or alike) file instead of actually printing to the printer. You need to do it once and there are several drivers on the market that will do the job well. 2. When printing a certificate from CARAT, use this “printer” and save the printed output. Then, attach the saved file to an eMail message and send to your client.
