How do I eliminate cordless phone static that is hooked up to a DSL filter?

I have just installed DSL and after installing filters for all of the phones in the house I am getting static on the wall phone. When I mount the wall phone to the wall jack I get static on the receiver, but when I pull the base away from the wall jack the noise goes away. I think it has something to do with the filter and the power cord. Is there any suggestions? Check all of your filters first and make sure that they are installed correctly. Then check the filter on the phone that is mounted on the wall-There should be a special filter for wall-mounted phones that comes with your DSL instalation kit. If those are both correct you need to check the line for the wall-moutned phone and see if it is spliced into another line somewhere eles in the house (this is very common and you can usually find the junction/splice in your basement running along the celieng) If you find the junction/splice then you will need to determine where and how you can get a filter on that line. If that still do
