How Do I Eliminate Chronic Postnasal Drip?

0

In my experience, things like nasal irrigation and over the counter drugs really don’t help with problems like these. I currently use something called Rhinocort Aqua which has helped considerably with my allergies and pretty much eliminated all of my postnasal drip issues. I think Flonase may be a better choice to start with, and it was what I used and it helped me considerably. But you may consider seeing a doctor and getting antibiotics. You need to determine why you have a postnasal drip problem and it could be due to an underlying low-level infection. If so, you’ll need to kill whatever the source of the problems is. Also, removal of your adenoids may help quite a bit. My sister-in-law recently had this done and it helped her a lot. Check out this site and see if it gives you any other ideas, but the above are my recommendations based on personal experience. I hope they help!!
