How do I effectively cancel my Yahoo American Greetings membership before it is recharged to my card?
You may have to wait until they charge your card and then call your credit card company and dispute the charge. It sounds like a HUGE pain, but since they have not given you a reasonable alternative, it may be the only way to go. You might even call the credit card company ahead of time and warn them. Tell their CS agent to document your call and that you tried to cancel, but their telephone number to cancel is not staffed.
