How do I edit out commercials and change aspect ratio with VirtualDub?
I know when you import a movie into virtualdub and you want to edit it, you play it to where you want to cut something out, you go into edit and you hit set selection start. When you get to the end of the part you want to cut you edit and hit set selection end. After you have choose you choose these two selections, go back to edit and select clear selection. That will work for commercial edit. On resizing, you have to go to video, then choose a filter, then add and choose resize. Go to aspect ratio and choose compute, then put in 16:9.
