How do I easily make a compost pile?

I like to do a worm bin. It is a bit different from traditional composting. There are many sites to tell you how to make a worm bin but, in short you have a box with redworms in it (these are special worms that are used to compost with) you put on shredded news paper in there for their bedding (moist) and then you can add leaf and vegetable matter eggshells etc, to the bin which they will eat and turn into compost. It is a bit more complex than that but, there you go in a nutshell. The thing about worm composting is that you can take vegetable scraps wrap them in newspaper and add them to the mix that way. It is an easy way to have your kids feed them while you are away. Otherwise, for a traditional pile you want to organise your compostables into two groups. Browns and Greens, Browns are like, Leaves, Newspaper, Stuff that is not wet. I know leaves can be wet…but, they are not wet the way like grass is wet. These things are a high carbon content. Greens are things like Vegetable pee
