Working compensatory time will be helpful in allowing staff to get caught up on work in advance of the college’s Winter Break, thus minimizing the burden of lost work time. All departments are encouraged to do so for this specific purpose. Some of the easiest ways for classified employees to accumulate compensatory time are to take only hour for lunch, to come in hour early, or to stay hour late.
