Knowing the more chemicals you put on your hair the more damaged it can get…Condition your hair with a good conditioner not one you throw on in the shower and rinse off right then. I mean one the you put on put on a plastic cap and let it condition for about 30 minutes..After you do this for a few times then you can use a Med WARM brown and follow instructions and then have it trimmed to get a lot of damaged ends off and condition it again…Then please be happy with it for a while. If yu want to lighten it in the summer just have it highlighted.
