Bleach it again with the strongest developer you can get for it (40 vol). Hell Bleach it twice in the same day – just condition a LOT afterwards, or your hair will be very brittle. Then you can get a further whitening treatment for it, called white toner. Remember multiple bleachings = weak hair. If you use copious amounts of conditioner, and let it just soak into the hair for 15-20 minutes at a time, it should replenish a lot of what you are taking out. (For example, I would bleach my hair 2-3x in a day, and then put green Manic Panic in, substituting the vegetable dyes for my hair’s pigment, and let that sit for an hour or more. Conditioner can do the same thing – just make sure it is a clear or opaque white conditioner.) Be careful – multiple bleachings can totally kill your hair.
