Please try one of these: • make a duplicate of the original .nyf database file within Windows Explorer, the the new .nyf file contains all the info items. • or right-click on an info item in the tree view, choose the ‘Share – > Export To .nyf Database’ menu item. This will creates a new .nyf database containing all info items under the item, or inserts the source info items if the target .nyf database already exists. • or have both the source .nyf database and a new .nyf database open within myBase Desktop, and then drag the source info item and drop it onto the new database. This will copy the source item branch into the target database. • or use the ‘Share -> Info Item Templates’ utilities, which allows you to save any info items as templates, which can be then inserted elsewhere within any .nyf databases. • and, the most convenient way is to copy info items/branch by using ‘Copy-and-Past
