What you see in the appraisal sketch addenda is a representation of the sketch – not the sketch itself. So when you duplicate an appraisal – or import from one appraisal to another – the sketch representation is in the “new” appraisal sketch addenda but if you want to edit the sketch you have to obtain a copy of the original sketch under the new report name. Lets say the new report is called REPORT2 and you duplicated or imported from a report called REPORT1. Open REPORT2 then select Tools > (Sketch Program) > (an empty sketch page will open). In RealEasy Sketches: Select File > Open > browse to ?:\SMSDATA (if not already there) Find REPORT1 file and open it and make changes as you wish. Select File > Save Sketch > File > Exit. In Apex: Select File > Import > browse to ?:\TRADATA\APEXDATA (if not already there) Find REPORT1 file and open it and make changes as you wish. Select File > Exit and Okay the Save request.
