Assuming you have both hard drives installed in the same machine, run GRUB from within Ubuntu to set up a boot loader on your main hard drive. You can then choose between XP and Ubuntu at boot time. If you’re starting a new install from scratch, install XP, then Ubuntu. That way, the GRUB boot loader will be installed automatically. How do you find Ubuntu for gaming by the way? I find a lot of Windows games work perfectly in Ubuntu using Wine, but some are just unplayable. I’m also someone who wants to move over to Ubuntu completely, but it’s really just certain games that are stopping me.
