We now can “un-enroll” students that either drop or get dropped from classes for various reasons. This new enhancement will allow for the students to be discarded from the class rosters in Blackboard Vista. This enhancement can only be done after the census date of the semester. Please follow the steps below: 1. Deny student Alamo Access to the course when they are taken off the roster in Passport. NOTE: If the faculty member does not deny access to the student they will not be removed from the course. 2. Send an email to Blackbaord Vista support after the census date to have the student(s) removed from the course. 3. Please include the following information: College, Course information with section number, term information, student name and PALS ID. The request will be completed in the order in which we receive them.
