The Expedite Bid software can be downloaded by navigating to your state of interest, clicking the utilities Tab and clicking the Expedite Bid link. The link will send you to an Export Control page that you’ll need to complete. Upon successful completion, you’ll be presented with a page containing all agencies that use Expedite Bid and it’s associated version. Now, select that agency that applies to you and click on the version to download the software.
