To download transactions into Microsoft Money or Excel, go to the Quicken/Money Download option under the History menu in home banking. From there, you will need to select a deposit or loan product, a date range, and a file format. For Money, select the MS Money OFX file format, and for Excel, select the Comma Delimited File (which save as a text file with a .csv extension). For MS Money, once you click Continue to start the download, you will receive a message that says the information will be imported into Money the next time that program is run. It may also give you the option to open Money right then. Once you are in Money, it will tell you that the import has completed and you will be taken to your accounts list. From there you will be able to tell which accounts have pending transactions to approve, and will click on the account to bring the transactions in.
