How do I download the Tax Lien Certificate and/or Tax Deed Directories or other products?
There are Two Methods to Download your directories or product. A. Method 1 1. Downloads are available immediately after completing the “Check Out” process. 2. You will see a button in the Items field on your order confirmation page after completing the check out process. 3. Right-click (CTRL-click for Mac OS) the button and select “Save Target As…”. 4. A dialogue box will open to allow you to select the location to save your purchase. NOTE: Be sure to note where you have saved the download of your purchase. For Windows users downloads are typically saved to the Downloads Folder located within the My Documents Folder. For Mac OS users downloads are typically saved to the default Downloads Folder that is set from within the preferences of your Internet browser. B. Method 2 You must have the Credit Card number that was used to order your directories available for input. 1. From the Order Confirmation Email select the hyperlink to the order status page. 2.
