To download the Family Locator Member application to your Locatee phones: • Go to and select “Get It Now” or “Media Center”. • Choose “Get Going”, “Tools on the Go” or “Browse & Download”. • Select “Get New Application”, then “Featured Applications” (if not found under Get New App). • Select the “Family Locator Member” application to download the application. • If you have an older phone you may have already downloaded the “Chaperone® Child” application and this application remains compatible with Family Locator and you do not need to download the Family Locator Member application.
