It is not possible to download the Mpeg 4 files using Camedia master. Camedia Master cannot display this file type. Connect the camera to the PC and go to “my computer” and double click on removable disk (which is your camera), double click on DCIM and 100 Olymp. When you see your Mpeg 4 files please copy and paste them on your hard drive.
