You can download music to your Creative Zen Touch using either Windows Media Player or the Creative Sync Manager program. A disc containing Creative ZENcast Organizer, also known as as the Creative Sync Manager, should have been included in the packaging for the Creative Zen Touch when you purchased it; however, if you do not have the program and wish to download it, you can do so from Creative by using the link in the “Resources” section of this article. Connect your Creative Zen Touch to your computer with the USB sync cable that should have been included in the MP3 player’s packaging. Launch Windows Media Player by using the WMP icon on your desktop or system tray or clicking the “Start” button in the lower left corner and finding the program in the “All Programs” list.
