• You will see the “Install Microsoft Silverlight” button in the top left corner of the screen; please click on it to begin downloading Silverlight . • Click on “Save File” in the pop-up that appears. • Once the Downloads window opens, please double-click on the “Silverlight.exe” item; click “OK” to allow the executable file to download. • Now click on “Run” to continue the installation process. • You may encounter the User Account Control pop-up, if you do please click on “Continue” • Click on “Install now” once the Silverlight pop-up opens. This will complete the Silverlight installation process. • Your browser should refresh automatically and display the orange “Launch Tool” button in the top right corner of the website. Click on “Launch Tool” to launch the tool.
